How It Works: Your phone rings 3 times (~15–20 seconds). If unanswered, the call is automatically forwarded to Your AI Voice Assistant. The AI Voice Assistant answers and engages with your customer instantly.

🔧 General Setup Instructions

  1. Locate your AI Voice Assistant number.
  2. Go to your phone’s Call Forwarding settings (carrier app or account portal).
  3. Choose Forward when unanswered or No Answer Call Forwarding.
  4. Enter your AI Voice Assistant number.
  5. Set the delay to approximately 20 seconds (3 rings).
  6. Save and activate, then place a test call.
