How does the AI voice cloning process work?
Once you become a customer, we'll create a custom recording script specifically for your business and industry. You'll simply read the script while recording your voice. We then use those recordings to build your own AI voice assistant that can answer calls using your voice.
How long does it take to record my voice?
Most recordings take between 30 and 45 minutes depending on your speaking pace. You can record the script all at once or in several shorter sessions.
Why do I have to read a custom script?
The custom script is designed to capture your natural speech patterns, pronunciation, tone, pacing, and inflection. This produces a much more realistic AI voice than simply reading random text.
Do I need professional recording equipment?
No. Most customers successfully record their voices using a modern smartphone or a USB microphone. The most important requirement is recording in a quiet room with minimal background noise.
Can I record the script over multiple days?
Absolutely. Many business owners prefer recording in shorter sessions. As long as the recording environment remains consistent, recording over multiple days is perfectly fine.
Can I use someone else's voice?
Yes. Many businesses choose to use the owner's voice, office manager, receptionist, or another trusted employee. You must have that person's permission before creating an AI voice using their recordings.
What if I don't want to use my own voice?
No problem. We have a growing library of professional male and female AI voices available if you prefer not to clone your own voice.
Can my AI answer questions about my business?
Yes. We train your assistant using your services, business hours, service areas, frequently asked questions, pricing (if desired), appointment rules, and other information unique to your company.
Can the AI book appointments?
Yes. Your AI assistant can answer questions, collect customer information, qualify leads, schedule appointments, transfer calls, or send follow-up text messages depending on how you'd like it configured.
How long does it take to build my AI voice?
Once we receive your completed recording, your custom AI voice is typically ready within 3–5 business days.
Can I update my AI assistant later?
Yes. As your business grows, we can update your AI with new services, pricing, promotions, FAQs, scheduling rules, and call flows whenever needed.
Is my voice recording secure?
Yes. Your recordings are used solely to build your AI voice assistant. We do not use your voice for any other purpose without your permission.
Will people know they're talking to AI?
Most callers simply believe they're speaking with someone from your business because the conversation sounds natural and uses your own voice. If you prefer, your assistant can also introduce itself as an AI at the beginning of every call.
