This consent and authorization agreement outlines the requirements, permissions, responsibilities, and legal acknowledgements related to AI voice cloning, AI-generated speech, conversational AI systems, and related voice technologies provided by SunStar AI Voice Automation LLC.

1. Authorization & Consent

By submitting voice recordings, audio samples, or voice data to SunStar AI Voice Automation LLC, you expressly authorize and consent to the recording, processing, analysis, cloning, synthesis, reproduction, and AI generation of your voice for authorized business communication purposes.

You understand and acknowledge that AI-generated speech may be created using your submitted voice recordings for conversational AI systems, voice assistants, appointment scheduling systems, customer communication systems, and related AI-powered automation technologies.

2. Ownership & Legal Rights

By providing voice samples, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the lawful owner of the submitted voice recordings, or you possess full legal authority and consent to use them.
• You have the legal right to authorize AI voice cloning and AI voice generation using the submitted recordings.
• You are not impersonating another person without lawful authorization.
• You understand unauthorized voice cloning may violate laws, rights of publicity, privacy rights, or intellectual property protections.

3. Prohibited Uses

AI voice technology may not be used for:

• Fraudulent impersonation
• Identity theft
• Political misinformation
• Deceptive robocalls
• Scams or misleading communications
• Harassment or unlawful activity
• Unauthorized use of another individual’s voice
• Violations of telecommunications or privacy laws

4. AI Technology Disclaimer

AI voice technology is continuously evolving and may not perfectly replicate human speech, emotion, pacing, tone, pronunciation, or conversational behavior in every scenario.

Results may vary depending on audio quality, recording environment, speech patterns, conversational conditions, integrations, settings, and system limitations.

SunStar AI Voice Automation LLC does not guarantee flawless realism, uninterrupted functionality, or perfect conversational accuracy.

5. Compliance Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of AI voice systems complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry requirements, including but not limited to:

• TCPA compliance
• Call recording consent laws
• Telemarketing regulations
• SMS and A2P compliance
• Consumer protection laws
• Privacy and data protection laws
• Industry-specific legal requirements

6. Limitation of Liability

SunStar AI Voice Automation LLC shall not be held liable for misuse of AI-generated voice systems, unauthorized use by customers, customer non-compliance with applicable laws, or damages arising from improper deployment or operation of AI communication technologies.

By submitting voice recordings, using our services, or authorizing AI voice generation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this AI Voice Cloning Consent & Authorization Policy.
